In delivery we only use our trusted partners (DHL and DPD), who ensure that even the fragile and bulky shipments land at your door in the same conditions as they left our warehouse.
We want to make the delivery process, as most convenient to you, as possible.
Any particular packaging/delivery instructions are always welcome. We always provide you with an advance cost estimate. We are able to deliver your order wherever you are. The shipment would therefore include any custom clearance and handling charges.
Delivery Costs
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, depending on the destination:
- within Germany: 8,90€ and 4,90€ for a sample order.
- to Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic and France: 9,90€ and 6,90€ for a sample order.
- For other countries within the EU the rate is 14,90€ and 8,90€ for the sample order.
Additional Delivery Costs
For some fragile items (f.ex. ceramic mugs) we arrange a special shipment for, in order to guarantee the safety of good in transportation. Additional costs may be required for those items, which will be clearly stated in the Order Confirmation.
For deliveries outside the EU, the customer bears the costs for any customs and import duties in accordance with the legal provisions of the recipient country.
Do you need the goods tomorrow via Express?
No problem, in case we have enough on stock, we can ship the goods immediately
(It’s only possible for orders until 13:00). If you have any further questions, we are happy to help you!
Express means 24h delivery.
